When you listen to Larry Boggs talk about building quality homes with his children, Kirk and Stephen Boggs and Lisa Boggs Justus, you can hear the pride he has for what his family has been able to accomplish. In fact, when they all speak, you realize quickly that there is an understanding about what they do at Benchmark Homes that makes you feel that they are all truly "on the same page". Their family approach and philosophies to catering to the specific needs of their homeowners is not unique. But their unwavering commitment to the process and end result is.

Their concept to be a family helping to build betterhomes for future families seems simple. But I imagine that the truth is that developing such a commitment, in not only the top company executives, but down through each and every Benchmark employee is a challenging task at times. I think that they achieve this outlook through great communication and a true enjoyment for what they do. In fact, Larry Boggs states that his family takes pride in giving others attention and satisfaction. I think that statement provides a great lesson for all of us in our daily challenges with our work and families. And it provides the foundation for the Boggs family to achieve all the commitment and success for Benchmark employees and homeowners that is possible.

Larry Boggs takes pride in the fact that he grew up in the area that his company builds many of their homes today. And while he'll be the first to tell you that the area has changed greatly in the last few decades, he continues to see great future successes and unlimited opportunities in the area for Benchmark Homes and the Atlanta community.
